We offer instruction in Kickboxing, Judo and Brazilian JiuJitsu. Evening and Saturday classes are offered for children, ages 611 and adults classes, for ages 12 and up. Beginners are welcome, as well as students looking for competition level coaching and management.
We provide a friendly, nonthreatening environment in which to learn, get in great physical shape, have fun and reduce stress. First two lessons are free, so come and try it out!
